Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the services offered on the site: the "Compliance Dossier", a one-off digital compliance report (PDF + client area access) priced at 199 €, and the platform subscriptions described in section 2. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

"Pro Analyst" — access to the platform's data and analyses: €79 per month or €790 per year.

"Enterprise & Compliance" — data access, exports and advanced compliance features: €299 per month or €2,990 per year.

The features included in each plan are detailed on the pricing page at the time of subscription.

3. Order and Payment

Orders are placed online. Payment is processed by Stripe. The contract is formed upon payment confirmation. For subscriptions, the price is automatically charged to the registered payment method at each billing period (monthly or yearly).

4. Term, Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions run for one month or one year depending on the chosen billing period and renew automatically for successive periods of the same length unless cancelled.

Customers may cancel at any time, electronically, from the client area (Stripe billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; the period under way remains due, with no pro-rata refund.

The service is intended for professionals (B2B); articles L215-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code do not apply between professionals. Where the customer subscribes as a consumer or non-professional (art. L215-3), the publisher will give written notice, at the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the end of the current period, of the option not to renew; failing such notice, the customer may terminate free of charge at any time from the renewal date (art. L215-1).

5. Immediate Performance and Waiver of Withdrawal Right

The report and platform access are digital content and services delivered immediately after payment. Between professionals, the withdrawal right under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code does not apply.

Where the customer nonetheless benefits from a withdrawal right, they expressly request immediate performance and, under article L221-28(13) of the French Consumer Code, waive that right. The waiver is collected via a mandatory checkbox before payment.

6. Delivery and Service Access

The report is made available as a PDF and in the client area immediately after payment. Access to subscription features opens upon payment confirmation and remains available for the duration of the subscription.

7. Price and VAT

Prices are in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B. Should the VAT-exemption threshold be exceeded, VAT will apply and prices will be adjusted accordingly for subsequent orders and billing periods.

8. Liability

The report and platform data are decision-support tools and do not replace legal advice. The publisher's liability is limited to the order amount for one-off purchases and, for subscriptions, to the amounts paid over the last twelve months.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the competent French courts.
